Zen's Web Services LLC, also known as Zen's Smart Websites, doing business as Smart Psych Websites wants everyone to be able to use smartpsychwebsites.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We build accessibility into the code itself. We do not rely on accessibility overlay widgets.

What we do

• Use clear page structure with headings and landmarks.
• Label form fields and buttons so screen readers can announce them.
• Provide text descriptions for meaningful images.
• Keep text and background colors readable.
• Make the site usable with a keyboard alone.
• Design pages to work on phones, tablets, and desktops, and at larger text sizes.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties, such as embedded scheduling tools. We choose providers carefully, but we cannot fully control their accessibility. We review our site regularly and fix issues as we find them.
